📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Tanggung Jawab:

  • Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies to attract and hire top talent.
  • Source and screen candidates for various positions within the organization.
  • Conduct interviews and assessments to evaluate candidates' skills and fit for the role.
  • Coordinate with hiring managers to understand job requirements and needs.
  • Maintain a strong understanding of the local job market and industry trends.
  • Build and maintain relationships with potential candidates and recruitment agencies.
  • Ensure compliance with all legal and company recruitment policies.
  • Provide feedback and support to hiring managers throughout the recruitment process.

    • 🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

    Kualifikasi:

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in Talent Acquisition or Recruitment.
  • Strong knowledge of recruitment processes, tools, and best practices.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
  • Proficient in using Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel and Word.
  • Familiarity with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) is a plus.
  • Understanding of the food and beverage industry is advantageous.
