📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Tanggung Jawab:

  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure their technical needs are met.
  • Provide technical support and solutions to clients to enhance their experience with our products/services.
  • Conduct product demonstrations and training sessions to educate clients on the benefits and features of our offerings.
  • Collaborate with the sales team to drive revenue growth and achieve sales targets.
  • Analyze customer feedback and provide recommendations for product improvements.
  • Stay updated with the latest industry trends and technologies to provide innovative solutions to clients.
  • Participate in trade shows, exhibitions, and other marketing events to promote our products/services.
  • Ensure timely delivery of projects and adherence to project timelines.

    • 🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

    Kualifikasi:

  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in a sales or technical support role, preferably in the technology industry.
  • Strong technical knowledge and understanding of relevant technologies and products.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to build and maintain client relationships.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
  • Proactive attitude with a strong sense of responsibility and accountability.
  • Fluency in both English and Indonesian is a plus.
  • Valid SIM (Surat Izin Mengemudi) and a reliable means of transportation.
