Mart Crown Mandiri is looking for a dedicated and hardworking Store Operator to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for managing the store operations, ensuring customer satisfaction, and maintaining a clean and organized store environment. This is a remote position, allowing you to work from the comfort of your home while contributing to the success of our store.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Manage store operations, including inventory control, stock replenishment, and sales transactions.,Ensure customer satisfaction by providing excellent service and handling customer inquiries and complaints.,Maintain a clean and organized store environment, including restocking shelves, cleaning, and organizing merchandise.,Monitor and report sales performance, as well as track inventory levels to ensure accurate stock management.,Collaborate with the store manager and team members to achieve daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets.,Adhere to company policies and procedures, including health and safety regulations, and data privacy laws.,Participate in training and development opportunities to enhance your skills and knowledge in store operations.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Minimum of 1 year of experience in a similar role, preferably in a retail or store operation environment.,Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work well with customers and team members.,Good organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.,Familiarity with basic computer software, including point-of-sale (POS) systems and inventory management software.,Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a positive and proactive attitude.,Valid driver's license and reliable transportation for store visits and deliveries.,Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays, as needed.
