📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Identify and pursue new business opportunities through market research, cold calling, and networking.,Develop and maintain relationships with potential clients to understand their needs and build trust.,Present proposals and negotiate contracts to secure new business.,Monitor and analyze sales performance to identify trends and opportunities for improvement.,Collaborate with the sales and marketing teams to develop and implement sales strategies.,Provide regular reports on sales activities and performance to senior management.,Attend industry events and conferences to stay up-to-date with market trends and best practices.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.,Minimum of 2 years of experience in business development or a related role.,Strong communication and negotiation skills.,Excellent interpersonal and relationship-building skills.,Proficient in using sales and CRM software.,Familiarity with Indonesian market and business culture.,Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.,Fluent in English and Indonesian.
