📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies to attract and hire top talent,Source and screen candidates for various job openings,Conduct initial interviews and assess candidates' qualifications and fit with the company culture,Coordinate with hiring managers to understand job requirements and provide feedback on candidates,Maintain and update the company's applicant tracking system (ATS),Collaborate with the HR team to ensure a smooth and efficient hiring process,Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in recruitment,Provide regular reports on recruitment metrics and KPIs

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field,Minimum of 2 years of experience in recruitment or a similar role,Strong understanding of the recruitment process and best practices,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills,Proficiency in using ATS and other recruitment tools,Ability to work independently and as part of a team,Familiarity with Indonesian labor laws and regulations,Proven ability to meet recruitment targets and deadlines
