📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Greet and welcome visitors and clients with a friendly and professional demeanor.,Answer and direct phone calls and inquiries to the appropriate department.,Handle and manage mail and packages, ensuring they are delivered to the correct recipients.,Maintain a clean and organized reception area, including maintaining the guest book and other administrative tasks.,Assist in scheduling appointments and meetings, and provide information about the company and its services.,Monitor and manage the reception area's security, including checking IDs and ensuring visitors sign in and out.,Provide excellent customer service and support to all visitors and clients.,Assist in other administrative tasks as needed.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

High school diploma or equivalent.,At least 1 year of experience in a receptionist or customer service role.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Fluency in Indonesian and English, with additional language skills a plus.,Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.,Proficiency in using office software and computer systems.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Friendly, professional, and approachable demeanor.
