As a Receptionist, you will be the first point of contact for our guests and visitors, ensuring a warm and welcoming environment. 📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Greet guests and visitors with a smile and provide excellent customer service.,Answer and direct phone calls, emails, and in-person inquiries.,Check-in and check-out guests, and assist with their needs.,Maintain accurate and up-to-date guest records.,Handle front desk transactions, such as payments and reservations.,Assist with event planning and coordination.,Ensure the reception area is clean and well-maintained.,Perform other duties as assigned by the management.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

High school diploma or equivalent experience.,Minimum 1 year of experience in a receptionist or customer service role.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Fluency in Indonesian and English.,Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines.,Familiarity with office software and tools.,Ability to lift and carry up to 20 pounds.
