Coinbase is seeking a talented and experienced Product Manager to join our Growth team and lead the development of our Notifications product. In this role, you will be responsible for driving the strategy, roadmap, and execution of our Notifications product, which is critical to our users' experience and engagement. You will work closely with cross-functional teams, including engineers, designers, and data scientists, to deliver innovative and user-centric solutions. 📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Own the strategy, roadmap, and execution of the Notifications product, ensuring it meets the needs of our users and drives business growth.,Work closely with cross-functional teams to understand user needs, identify opportunities, and deliver innovative solutions.,Collaborate with engineers, designers, and data scientists to define product requirements, prioritize features, and measure success.,Conduct user research and data analysis to inform product decisions and drive continuous improvement.,Lead the development of the Notifications product, from ideation to launch, ensuring it meets high standards of quality and user experience.,Communicate effectively with stakeholders, including senior leadership, to align on product goals and drive decision-making.,Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in product management and growth, and apply this knowledge to our product.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in a relevant field, such as Business, Computer Science, or a related discipline.,5+ years of experience in product management, with a strong focus on growth and user engagement.,Proven track record of delivering successful products, with a portfolio of achievements to demonstrate your capabilities.,Strong understanding of user-centered design principles and a passion for creating intuitive and engaging user experiences.,Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.,Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to make data-driven decisions.,Experience working in a fast-paced, agile environment, with a willingness to adapt and iterate quickly.,Fluency in English, both written and spoken.
