📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan
- Translate technical documents between Indonesian and Mandarin with high accuracy
- Conduct real-time translation during meetings and negotiations with Chinese clients
- Facilitate communication between Indonesian and Chinese stakeholders
- Coordinate with project teams to ensure smooth cross-cultural collaboration
- Assist in the preparation and presentation of business proposals and reports
- Stay updated on industry trends and cultural nuances to enhance translation quality
- Maintain confidentiality and professionalism in all business interactions
- Support the development of new business opportunities in the Chinese market
🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat
- Fluent in both written and spoken Mandarin (HSK Level 5 or equivalent)
- Proven experience as a translator in the engineering or business sector
- Strong understanding of Indonesian business culture and practices
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Proficiency in using translation software such as Trados or MemoQ
- Bachelor's degree in Translation Studies, Linguistics, or a related field
- Experience in international business or project management is a plus
