📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee the daily operations of the medical center, ensuring smooth and efficient processes.,Develop and implement operational strategies to improve efficiency and productivity.,Manage and mentor a team of operations staff, providing guidance and support.,Coordinate with various departments to ensure seamless integration and communication.,Monitor and analyze operational data to identify areas for improvement.,Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations and standards.,Handle budgeting and resource allocation for the operations department.,Develop and maintain strong relationships with suppliers and vendors.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Healthcare Management, or a related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in operations management in the healthcare industry.,Strong leadership and team management skills.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel.,Knowledge of healthcare regulations and standards.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines.,Proven ability to analyze data and make data-driven decisions.
