The ideal candidate will be responsible for leading our barista team, ensuring high-quality coffee service, and maintaining a welcoming atmosphere for our customers. 📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Lead and mentor a team of baristas to ensure excellent customer service and coffee quality.,Prepare and serve a variety of coffee drinks and food items to meet customer preferences.,Maintain and clean coffee equipment and work areas to ensure a safe and efficient workspace.,Manage inventory and ensure adequate supplies of coffee, ingredients, and equipment.,Train new baristas and ensure they adhere to company standards and policies.,Monitor sales and customer feedback to identify areas for improvement.,Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.,Promote a positive and inclusive work environment.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Minimum of 3 years of experience as a barista or similar role in the coffee industry.,Proven leadership and team management skills.,Excellent communication and customer service skills.,Strong knowledge of coffee brewing methods and techniques.,Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines.,Familiarity with POS systems and inventory management software.,High school diploma or equivalent. Coffee certification is a plus.,Ability to lift and carry up to 30 lbs (13.6 kg).
