📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Assist in preparing and baking a variety of pastries and breads according to recipes and quality standards.
• Learn and apply traditional baking techniques while adapting to modern production methods.
• Support the production team in maintaining cleanliness and organization in the bakery.
• Collaborate with the team to troubleshoot and resolve baking issues.
• Assist in inventory management and restocking of baking supplies.
• Participate in weekly product innovation sessions to contribute ideas and feedback.
• Follow health and safety protocols to ensure a safe working environment.
• Assist in packaging and preparing goods for retail and wholesale distribution.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Minimum 1 year of experience in a baking or pastry environment, preferably in a retail or wholesale setting.
• Familiarity with baking software such as Baker's Companion or other similar tools.
• Knowledge of basic baking techniques and principles.
• Ability to work well in a team and follow instructions.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to maintain high standards of quality.
• Basic knowledge of Indonesian baking traditions and ingredients.
• Willingness to learn and adapt to new techniques and processes.
• Fluency in Indonesian and English is a plus.
