📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Manage daily store operations, including staff scheduling, inventory control, and sales targets.,Ensure the store meets all health and safety regulations.,Develop and implement marketing strategies to increase sales and customer engagement.,Train and mentor store staff to maintain high levels of customer service and sales performance.,Monitor store performance metrics and provide regular reports to senior management.,Collaborate with the supply chain team to ensure timely and accurate delivery of inventory.,Participate in store promotions and events to drive sales and customer loyalty.,Maintain a clean and organized store environment that reflects the brand's image.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Retail Management, or a related field.,Minimum of 3 years of experience in retail management, preferably in a similar role.,Strong knowledge of retail operations, including inventory management, sales, and customer service.,Excellent leadership and communication skills.,Ability to work well under pressure and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.,Familiarity with retail software and point-of-sale systems.,Experience with hybrid work arrangements is a plus.,Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
