• Oversee daily production activities to ensure smooth and efficient operations.
• Lead and mentor a team of skilled workers, fostering a positive and productive work environment.
• Implement best practices and standards to improve production efficiency and quality.
• Monitor and analyze production metrics to identify areas for improvement.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure timely delivery of products.
• Ensure compliance with safety regulations and standards.
• Develop and implement continuous improvement initiatives to enhance operational performance.
• Conduct regular performance reviews and provide constructive feedback to team members.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in a manufacturing or production leadership role.
• Proven track record of optimizing production processes and improving operational efficiency.
• Strong leadership and team management skills.
• Familiarity with ERP systems such as SAP or Oracle.
• Knowledge of lean manufacturing principles and Six Sigma methodologies.
• Certification in Lean Six Sigma (Green Belt or Black Belt) is a plus.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
