You will work closely with cross-functional teams to identify and prioritize key stakeholder engagement opportunities, and you will be responsible for managing and tracking the progress of these initiatives. Additionally, you will be responsible for building and maintaining strong relationships with key stakeholders, including government agencies, non-profit organizations, and community groups.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Develop and implement a comprehensive external relations strategy that aligns with our organizational goals and objectives.
• Identify and prioritize key stakeholder engagement opportunities, and manage and track the progress of these initiatives.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including government agencies, non-profit organizations, and community groups.
• Leverage social media platforms, such as LinkedIn and Twitter, to engage with stakeholders and promote our organization’s mission and initiatives.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and deliver impactful stakeholder engagement initiatives, such as workshops, conferences, and community events.
• Monitor and analyze stakeholder feedback and data to inform and improve our external relations strategy.
• Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in external relations and stakeholder engagement.
• Represent our organization at external events, such as conferences, workshops, and networking events, to build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor’s degree in a related field, such as public relations, communications, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in external relations, strategic partnerships, and stakeholder engagement.
• Proven track record of success in developing and implementing external relations strategies.
• Strong understanding of the unique challenges and opportunities in Nusa Tenggara Barat and a commitment to driving positive change in the region.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to craft compelling messages and pitches.
• Strong organizational and project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple initiatives and deadlines.
• Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams and stakeholders.
• Fluency in Bahasa Indonesia and English.
