Life Sky Berjaya is looking for a Deputy Team Leader to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for supporting the Team Leader in managing and leading a team of professionals. You will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of our projects and the achievement of our company goals.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Assist the Team Leader in managing and leading a team of professionals.,Support the implementation of company policies and procedures.,Monitor team performance and provide feedback and coaching as needed.,Coordinate with other departments to ensure the successful completion of projects.,Assist in the recruitment and selection of new team members.,Support the Team Leader in strategic planning and decision-making.,Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of team activities and performance.,Ensure compliance with all relevant laws, regulations, and company policies.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in a related field.,Minimum of 3 years of experience in a leadership or supervisory role.,Strong knowledge of company policies and procedures.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines.,Strong organizational and time management skills.,Familiarity with relevant software and tools.,Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
