📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Assist in the procurement process, including supplier evaluation, negotiation, and contract management.,Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all purchasing activities.,Support the purchasing team in managing inventory levels and forecasting demand.,Assist in the preparation of purchase orders, invoices, and other related documents.,Coordinate with suppliers to ensure timely delivery of goods and services.,Monitor market trends and identify opportunities for cost savings and efficiency improvements.,Provide administrative support to the purchasing manager as needed.,Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and legal requirements.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Economics, or a related field.,Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in purchasing or procurement.,Strong knowledge of purchasing processes, supplier management, and inventory control.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Proficiency in using Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel.,Ability to work independently and as part of a team.,Familiarity with ERP systems is a plus.,Fluency in English is a plus.
