📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Provide excellent customer service by greeting visitors, answering inquiries, and resolving issues promptly and professionally.
• Assist customers with their shopping needs, including directing them to the appropriate stores and providing information about products and services.
• Handle cash transactions and process payments using our point-of-sale system.
• Assist with mall events and promotions, including setting up displays, distributing materials, and engaging with visitors.
• Maintain a clean and organized work area, ensuring that the mall is always welcoming and inviting.
• Work collaboratively with retail associates and management to ensure that our customers' needs are met.
• Adhere to company policies and procedures, including health and safety regulations.
• Provide feedback and suggestions for improving customer service and the overall shopping experience.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Minimum of 1 year of experience in a customer service or retail environment.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to handle multiple tasks and prioritize effectively.
• Familiarity with basic retail operations and customer service best practices.
• Ability to work well under pressure and in a fast-paced environment.
• Friendly and approachable demeanor, with a passion for helping others.
• Proficiency in English, both written and spoken.
• Willingness to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays, as required.
• Ability to lift and carry up to 20 kg, and stand for long periods of time.
