• Conduct market research and salary benchmarking to ensure our compensation packages are competitive and attractive.
• Manage the compensation and benefits process, including payroll, benefits administration, and compliance.
• Collaborate with department heads and HR professionals to gather input and feedback on compensation and benefits initiatives.
