📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Assist in managing the sales process from initial contact to closing deals.,Provide excellent customer service and build strong relationships with clients.,Conduct market research to identify sales opportunities and trends.,Prepare sales reports and presentations to support the sales team.,Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure smooth operations.,Stay updated with industry trends and best practices in retail sales.,Meet and exceed sales targets set by the company.,Provide training and support to junior sales associates.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field.,Minimum 1-2 years of experience in retail sales or customer service.,Strong communication and interpersonal skills.,Proficient in using Microsoft Office and other sales tools.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Familiarity with the retail industry and local market trends is a plus.,Fluency in Indonesian is required.,English proficiency is a plus.
