📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Consult with customers to understand their needs and recommend suitable jewelry and gold pieces.
• Provide exceptional customer service, ensuring every customer feels valued and understood.
• Maintain a clean and organized retail space, ensuring all products are displayed attractively.
• Keep up-to-date with the latest trends and product knowledge to make informed recommendations.
• Assist in inventory management and restocking as needed.
• Collaborate with the team to achieve daily and monthly sales targets.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Minimum of 2 years of experience in retail sales, preferably in jewelry or luxury goods.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong knowledge of jewelry and gold products, including their features, benefits, and care.
• Ability to work well under pressure and meet sales targets.
• Familiarity with customer relationship management (CRM) systems and point-of-sale (POS) software.
• Proven ability to work in a team and contribute to a positive work environment.
• Fluent in English and Bahasa Indonesia.
• Enthusiasm for luxury and a passion for helping customers find the perfect piece.
