📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Manage and oversee the day-to-day operations of the distribution team.,Coordinate with sales and marketing teams to ensure smooth product flow.,Monitor inventory levels and implement strategies to minimize stockouts and overstocks.,Develop and maintain relationships with suppliers and distributors.,Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures related to distribution.,Conduct regular performance reviews of the distribution team members.,Participate in strategic planning sessions to improve distribution efficiency.,Handle customer complaints and resolve issues promptly and professionally.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Logistics, or a related field.,Minimum of 3 years of experience in a similar role within the distribution or logistics industry.,Strong understanding of distribution and logistics principles.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Proficiency in using Microsoft Office Suite and other relevant software.,Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Knowledge of Indonesian language and culture is a plus.,Valid driver's license and a reliable vehicle are preferred.
