In this role, you will work closely with our team of property managers, maintenance staff, and vendors to ensure that all properties are well-maintained and that any issues are addressed promptly and efficiently. You will be responsible for developing and implementing property management strategies, managing budgets, and ensuring compliance with all relevant regulations and laws.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Oversee the day-to-day operations of luxury residential and commercial properties in Canggu, Bali.
• Develop and implement property management strategies to ensure the highest standards of service and maintenance.
• Manage a team of property managers, maintenance staff, and vendors to ensure efficient and effective operations.
• Conduct regular property inspections to identify and address any issues or maintenance needs.
• Develop and maintain budgets for property management and maintenance activities.
• Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations, laws, and industry standards.
• Coordinate with vendors and service providers to ensure timely and efficient delivery of services.
• Provide exceptional customer service to residents and clients, addressing their concerns and ensuring their satisfaction.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Property Management, Real Estate, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in property management, with a focus on luxury properties.
• Proven track record of successfully managing residential and commercial properties.
• Strong knowledge of property management software, such as Yardi, OnQ, or Compass.
• Certification in Property Management (CPM) or a related certification is a plus.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain strong relationships with residents, vendors, and service providers.
• Strong organizational and leadership skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects and priorities effectively.
• Fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia is required.
