Your daily tasks will include account management, market analysis, and strategic planning. You will use tools like Salesforce and SAP to streamline your workflow and ensure efficient operations. 📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Manage and develop key retail accounts to drive sales and brand loyalty.
• Conduct market analysis and develop strategic plans to maximize sales potential.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with retail partners and stakeholders.
• Monitor sales performance and provide regular reports to the management team.
• Assist in the implementation of marketing campaigns and promotions.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless operations.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in retail account management or a similar role.
• Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving brand growth.
• Strong understanding of the retail industry and consumer behavior.
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
• Proficiency in using Salesforce and SAP.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia.
